No. 3/2026, an application for permission for withdrawal of petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent final order. 2. Mr. S. P. Kale, Advocate appearing for respondent No. 2 would oppose such prayer. He would submit that final order has already been passed, and therefore, no such liberty can be granted. It is also contended that petitioner was not party before the learned Court below. 3. Mr. Vinay Pandey would endorse the submission made by Mr. Kale. This writ petition was filed by the petitioner assailing order dated 10.02.2026 passed by Industrial Court, Bilaspur. During the pendency of this petition, final order has been passed on 16.06.2026, and therefore, an application has been moved for withdrawal of writ petition. The prayer made by the petitioner appears to be fair, accordingly, allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. With regard to liberty, as final order has already been passed during the pendency of this petition, the liberty is granted as payed for. However, the respondent No. 1 shall be at liberty to take objection before the appropriate forum with regard to locus of the petitioner and maintainability of appeal etc. 7. Accordingly, I.A.
