JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER 1. The petitioner in this writ petition is assailing the order dated 27.06.2023 on the file of respondent No.2 at Annexure-G to the writ petition. 2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the impugned order passed by the respondent - authorities would indicate that M.R.No.34/2001-02 was made at the instance of the petitioner herein and same has been disputed by the brothers and sisters of the petitioner herein. 3. In that view of the matter, as the parties have to establish their rights in the manner known to law, the respondent-authorities have passed an order to enter the name of the parties in the joint memo. 4. In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed, - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30552 WP No. 15862 of 2023 as the authorities are directed to enter the name of all the parties concerned in the joint memo. 5.
