The applicant, who is in custody since 16.06.2025 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Mahuadanr P.S. case No. 20/2025, registered for the offence u/s 308(5), 308(4), 308(7), 3(5) of the BNS and u/s 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Latehar. 2. Earlier prayer for bail of the applicant has been rejected by this Court on merit vide order dated 19.02.2026 passed in B.A. No.8813 of 2025. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and from perusal of the records, it appears that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. 4. Considering the fact that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant.
