GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.13108 of 2026 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the salaries and not considering the petitioners’ representations dated 01.02.2024 and 31.08.2022 for payment of salaries from 31.08.2022 to 31.08.2023, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 5. 3. The issue involved in this writ petition is only for payment of the salaries for a particular period, for which, though the petitioners have approached the authorities and made representations, the same have not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition. 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.3 to 5 has contended that the authorities would consider the representations made by the petitioners as per the records and in terms of the rules in vogue. 4 5. Considering the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents, more specifically respondent Nos.3 and 4, to consider the representations made by the petitioners on 31.08.2022 and 01.02.2024 as per the records and pass appropriate orders by releasing the amounts. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
