There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3. Smt. Amrutha Varshini M.C, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the present writ petition is filed challenging the order of the Trial Court dated 25.10.2021, wherein the Trial Court granted an exparte temporary injunction in favour of the plaintiff against the petitioners/defendants. It is further submitted that, after hearing both the plaintiff and the defendants, the Trial Court vide order dated 20.11.2021, rejected I.A.No.1 filed by the respondent/plaintiff under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of CPC. 4. Perused the order dated 20.11.2021 in O.S.5674/2021. 5.
