The appellant has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order dated 07.01.2026 (ANNEXURE A/1), passed in WP(C) no. 4885/2025by Hon'ble Single Bench and further be pleased to direct to decide the WPC No. 4885/2025 expeditiously within one month, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has filed I.A. No. 02/2026 i.e. application for withdrawal of the appeal stating that due to inadvertent mistake, amendment in Act of 2006 was missed out and instant writ appeal is filed though not maintainable. 4.
