Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Learned counsel for respondent No. 5 submits that reply to the contempt petition has been filed on behalf of the said respondent, a copy whereof has been made available for perusal. Along with the reply, certain documents have been appended, including Pension Payment Order (PPO)-cum-Communication Payment Order in the case of petitioner No. 1, sanctioning pension in his favour with effect from 01.04.2023. The revision of pension in the case of petitioner No. 2, who is already holder of a specific PPO 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 number, under office letter dated 04.05.2026, has also been placed on the case file. Learned Assistant Advocate General assures that the benefits, if any, flowing to the petitioners under the orders appended with the compliance affidavit, if not already released, shall be released in their favour within four weeks from today. Taking note of the reply, documents appended therewith and the assurance given by learned Assistant Advocate General, the present contempt proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of their surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
