This is an application for seeking restoration of FA (MAT) No.273 of 2023, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 14.05.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that according to his instruction applicant has changed the address, therefore, counsel appearing for her at the very point of time could not able to contact her and appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution. He contended that the application for restoration of appeal is filed within period of limitation, therefore, restoration application may be allowed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that if this application is to be allowed then cost may be imposed upon the applicant. 4. On due consideration of the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties as well as reasons assigned in the application, period within which application is filed, the same is allowed and FA (MAT) No.273 of 2023 is restored to its original number. 5.
