This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of an application for injunction filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure in Title Suit No.555 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24-Parganas. 2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. 3. Having heard Mr. Kali, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), 1st Court at Brasat to dispose of the petitioner’s application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 pending since 2022 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 4. If the pleadings in respect of the said application are not yet complete, the learned Trial Court is requested to ensure completion thereof in the meantime. 5.
