At this stage, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the judgment under review i.e. judgment dated 26.06.2024, passed in CWP No. 3980/2024, is not treated to be a precedent for future litigation, since, respondent No. 4 Ranjeet Singh, has already been released from jail, after serving his sentence. 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes.

3. The prayer of learned Senior Panel Counsel being genuine, is allowed. The review petition is disposed of, with the observation that the judgment under review i.e. judgment dated 26.06.2024, passed in CWP No. 3980/2024, shall not be treated as a precedent in future.
