Case No.99 of 2025. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to surrender within stipulated time as proper communication was not made to him. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioner and in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered within stipulated time. Taking into account the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, two weeks’ further time from today is extended to surrender before the learned court.
