Petitioner(s). Versus 1. The State of Jharkhand 2. Dr. Parinita, Registrar Vinoba Bhave University, P.O. & P.S.-Hazaribagh, Jharkhand 3. Dr. Jagdamba Prasad Singh, Principal Jagarnath Jain College, Koderma, P.O. & P.S.-Jhumri Tilaiya, Dist.-Koderma, Jharkhand . … Opp. Party(s). ------ CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s): M/s Vinita Prakash & Ritu Raj, Advocates For the State: Mr. Aproova Singh, AC to SC (Mines)-III For the University: Mr. Amit Kumar, Advocate ------ 03/14.08.2026 It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of this Court has not been complied with in spite of filing of the document before the opposite parties. Learned counsel for the Vinoba Bhave University produces the reasoned order dated 13.08.2026. As per the said order, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. The ground has been taken that the petitioner is claiming to be adopted child, but no document has been produced, rather notarized affidavit has been produced. The reasoned order dated 13.08.2026 is kept on record. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am of the opinion that no contempt is made out. Accordingly, this contempt is dropped. Pending interlocutory application, if any, also stands disposed of. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file an appropriate application challenging the order passed by the opposite parties.
