Therefore the trial Court has issued non-bailable warrant as against him and coercive steps are taken to secure his presence. He submits that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court and file necessary application seeking regular bail. 2. The said submission is placed on record. 3. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
