The applicants have preferred this First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 31/2026, registered at Police Station – Rajim, District- Gariyabandh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 296, 115(2), 351(3), 332(b), 332(c), 109(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 326(g), 238, 117(2) and 118(2) of the BNS. 2. The Registry has reported that the present bail application suffers from RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 various defaults, and it appears that the anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant on 04.05.2026, but till date counsel for the applicant did not take care to remove the defaults as has been pointed out by the Registry. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to the applicant to file afresh with a proper affidavit. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. Permission is granted. 6.
