SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BALJINDER SINGH SANDHU Order 19/03/2026 1. For the grounds mentioned in the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, delay in filing in review petition is condoned. 2. Application under Section 5 of Limitation Act is accordingly allowed. 3. The order passed by this Court dated 06.11.2025 was tested by the petitioner before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the SLP was withdrawn without pressing any liberty to file review. 4. With the change of counsel, another review petition has been filed before this Court stating that there was no occasion to consider allowing the respondents to cross-examine the two witnesses as the respondents had already withdrawn their intention to cross-examine, which has already been noted by the learned Single Judge too. 5. We find that submissions cannot be examined in review petition. The scope of review petition is limited. This has been held (3 of 3) [WRW-60/2026] by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Karnail Singh Vs.
