The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 87 of 2023, registered under sections 406, 407, 408 of I.P.C, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by the Area Manager of Ashirwad Micro Finance Limited as there was dispute between the Area Manager of the said company and the petitioner. She next submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 10 of the petition and petitioner is ready to cooperate in the investigation. On these grounds, she submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of collecting the money of the said Finance Company and not depositing in the said company. 5. Considering that investigation is still going on, the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 10 of the petition ( 2026:JHHC:24343 ) and it has been pointed out that due to dispute between the Area Manager of the said company and the petitioner the present case has been lodged and the petitioner will cooperate in the investigation and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal, in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 87 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.14.08.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
