CMP-T No.418 of 2026 By way of present application, applicant/petitioner has prayed for early hearing of the main petition. In view of the averments made in the application, coupled with the fact that the petition has been instituted in the year 2012, the application for early hearing is allowed and disposed of. CWPOA No.1857 of 2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced copies of order dated 23.11.2017, passed by the erstwhile Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Camp at Dharamshala in T.A. No.1204 of 2015, titled, Anil Kumar vs. The State of Himachal Pradesh and others and T.A. No.1205 of 2015, titled, Gulshan Kumar vs. The State of Himachal Pradesh and others and copy of order dated 17.08.2026, passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Sec.) Kangra at Dharamshala, which are taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the dispute is covered by the aforementioned orders passed by the learned Tribunal and the respondents-State has also partly implemented the same while passing an order on 17.08.2026, his petition can be disposed of in terms of the aforementioned orders.
