The Case Status Information relating to E.P.No.245 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the learned I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Nellore placed on record by the Registry shows that the said E.P. was terminated on 14.10.2025 consequent to Full Satisfaction memo filed by the Decree Holder. 4. Since the Execution Petition was terminated, this Civil Revision Petition filed questioning the orders passed in an interlocutory application in the said Execution Petition becomes infructuous. 5. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
