1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“1] That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to respondent No. 02, 03 & 04 to decide revenue case registered
as
revenue
case
No. 202107020700112/B-121/2020-21, of the petitioner within a stipulated period in the interest of justice. 2] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. 5 has filed an application under Section 165(7-B) of the C.G.L.R.C for sale of land before the concerned Collector in favour of petitioner i.e. Sushma Gupta, however, till date the said application has not been decided and as such the petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to the concerned Collector to decide the same expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending application, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 3
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the concerned Collector consider/decide the said application in accordance with law/rules/regulations and in an objective manner as expeditiously as possible within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
