In view of subsequent events taken place in the lis, Mr. V.R.Machavaram, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the cause in this writ petition does not survive. 3. Mr. K. Venkata Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent is in attendance. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
