The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for the following reliefs: A. For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions or a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider candidature of the petitioner for teacher (reserved for female) interms of Advertisement No.01/2023 issued for the purpose to make appoint female teachers in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalay, Hazaribagh (Physical VI to VIII) as the petitioner fulfills all the requisite qualification to be appointed on the post of female teachers and the name of petitioner also finds place to sl.no.12 of the merit list issued/ published by Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalay, Hazaribagh/ respondent concerned but inspite of 2026:JHHC:24764 2 that respondents are delaying appointment process since 2023 arbitrarily and illegally; B. For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions or a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to explain reasons to delay in appointment process inspite of merit list produced by the respondent Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalay, Hazaribagh; C. For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions or a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent concerned to reserve 1 post for present petitioner till disposal of the present writ application; D. For issuance of any other appropriate writ(s) or direction(s) or Order(s) as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of this case for doing equitable and conscionable justice to the Petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is fully entitled for the prayer made in the instant writ application; as such, he submits that this case may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the concerned respondent for redressal of her grievance. 4. Learned counsel for the respective respondents fairly submits that since no counter affidavit has been filed; as such the petitioner may approach the concerned respondent for redressal of her grievance. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions and looking to the prayer made in the instant writ application, the same is hereby disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent by filing a fresh representation along with all relevant documents. The moment 2nd respondent receives the representation; he shall take a decision in the matter with regard to the claim raised in the writ application after verification of the record in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and if the decision is in 2026:JHHC:24764 3 favour of the petitioner, all consequential order shall also be passed within a further period of 8 weeks. 6.
