The petitioner, above-named, who is in custody in connection with Sukhdeonagar (P) [Ranchi] P.S. Case No. 514 of 2025 [Sessions Trial Case No.871 of 2025] for the offence registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 132, 109, 126(2), 115(2), 324(4), 324(5) of the BNS, 2023 and under Section 3 of Damage to Public Property Act, has prayed for regular bail. As per the prosecution case, the FIR was lodged against 30 named accused persons and one unknown accused person. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been named in the FIR at the Srl. No.8, but there is no direct or specific allegation against him. The offence under Section 109 BNS, 2023 will not be made out as no one was grievously injured in the said incidence, although the unlawful assembly is said to be of more than 400. It is further submitted that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted and that the petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty- Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
