Assigned lands (POT) Act, 1977 and Amended Act-21 of 2008 and pass orders in the matter, which is illegal, arbitrary, violation of Provisions of the above Act and violation of Article-14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Respondent no.4 to implement the orders of the Respondent No.3 vide D.Dis.E/675/202 1, dt.13- 12-2021 as per the provisions of A.P. Assigned lands (POT) Act, 1977 and Amended Act-21 of 2008 and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondent no.4 to implement the orders of the Respondent No.3 vide D.Dis.E/675/2021, dt.13-12-2021 as per the provisions of A.P. The Court made the following ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. Both the learned counsel have consented to dispose of the writ petition. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 3rd respondent- R.D.O., Chittoor District, vide D.Dis.E/675/2021 dated 13.12.2021, has
directed the 4th respondent-Tahsildar to conduct the de novo enquiry and take action under the provisions of A.P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 and amended Act 21 of 2008 and pass orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further adds that though the said proceedings were issued on 13.12.2021, the 4th respondent has not initiated any steps and therefore requested this Court to implement the orders passed by the 3rd respondent.
4. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader has not raised any objection for the same.

In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar to conduct the de novo enquiry by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the affected parties, and on production of all the relevant material documents, the 4th respondent shall conduct enquiry in terms of A.P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 and amended Act 21 of 2008 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
