CMP No. 3922 of 2026 This application has been filed by the applicant/respondent seeking release of the amount deposited by the non-applicant/petitioner in the Registry of this Court pursuant to an award passed in the National Lok Adalat held on 14.03.2026. As per the applicant/respondent, an amount of Rs.3,30,000/- (Rs. Three Lacs Thirty Thousand Only) is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court and the same is liable to be released in favour of the complainant, as the matter had been amicably settled inter se the parties in the National Lok Adalat held on 14.03.2026. Perusal of the order dated 14.03.2026 also shows that the aforesaid amount is to be released in favour of the complainant. The report of the Registry also shows that an amount of Rs.3,30,000/- (Rupees Three Lacs Thirty Thousand Only) is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. Considering the entire facts and circumstances, the amount of Rs.3,30,000/- (Rupees Three Lacs Thirty Thousand Only) deposited in the Registry is directed to be released in favour of the applicant/ respondent, by remitting the same to his bank account, the details whereof have been furnished in paragraph No. 8 of the application.
