Sri Balakrishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, on counter, submitted that the authorities admitted to pay the amount claimed by the petitioner and sought six (06) months time for payment. 3. Sri Dasari S.V.V.S.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection for granting time as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities to pay to the petitioner an amount of Rs.7,99,84,832/- within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The petitioner is at liberty to agitate his claim for interest before competent civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
