ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of a complaint submitted to the Superintendent of Police, no action has been taken thereon.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner approached the Police at Vuyyuru Police Station, but they failed to receive the complaint. The petitioner thereafter sent the said complaint by registered post to the Circle Inspector of Police, Vuyyuru, as well as to the Superintendent of Police, and no action has been initiated.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that if the petitioner approaches the concerned jurisdictional Police Station, i.e., Penamaluru Police Station, where the alleged incident is stated to have occurred, the Police will receive the complaint and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
5. Considering the submissions made, the petitioner is permitted to approach the Penamaluru Police Station with the complaint along with relevant material to establish the cognizable offences made out. Upon receipt of such complaint, the Police are directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
