Ranjan Sharma, Judge Petitioner-Man Singh has invoked contempt jurisdiction of this Court, alleging non-compliance of the judgment dated 05.08.2026 [Annexure P-2] passed in CWP No.13065 of 2026, titled as Man Singh Versus HRTC and others, whereby, aggrieved against the transfer orders, the petitioner had submitted a representation [Annexure P-2 annexed with the said writ petition] to Respondent No.1, who was to decide the same, within two weeks from the passing of the said judgment. 2. Heard. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:39795 3. Notice. Mr. Raman Jamalta, Learned Counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the sole respondent. 4. Upon listing of instant petition, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that said representation has not been decided and a speaking order has not been conveyed to the petitioner as yet. 5. With the consent of Learned Counsel for the petitioner, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.1-Managing Director, HRTC, to decide the representation dated 30.06.2026 [Annexure P-2], within one week, by passing a speaking order, in case, the said representation has not been decided, as yet. 6. Needless to say that, in case, the representation stands already decided, the speaking order in terms of judgment dated 05.08.2026 shall be conveyed to the petitioner herein. Notice issued to respondent shall stand discharged, accordingly.
