THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION No.25224 OF 2025 ORDER: 1. None appeared for the petitioner on 06.02.2026, 03.03.2026, 09.03.2026. On 30.03.2026, since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was posted today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. 2. Even today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Even on merits, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has been receiving pension as entitled and at present, the petitioner is receiving pension as per the scheme and it is only an apprehension of the petitioner that the respondents are taking steps for stoppage of social security pension. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent, that the social security pension has been paying and there is neither stoppage nor enquiry and respondents are not intending to take any steps to stop the pension even on merits, in 2 view of the said submissions by the respondent, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, writ petition is closed, by observing the same. No costs. 6.
