(c) To pass such other reliefs as deems fit in view of the above said facts and circumstances in the interest of justice and equity.” WP No.30742/2025: “(a) Issue Writ of Certiorari or order or direction quashing the decision/resolution dated 24.09.2025 bearing No.EST-2/E3/A.U/2025 passed by the respondent at Annexure-L. (b) Issue writ of Mandamus or order or direction directing the respondent- University to consider the applications of the petitioners' for the post of guest lecturers for the year 2025-2026 Annexure-C, D & E. Learned counsel for the respondent-University has filed a memo along with office order dated 11.06.2026, wherein the petitioners have been engaged to serve as Guest Lecturers in the respondent-University in - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28922 WP No. 9832 of 2026 C/W WP No. 30742 of 2025 their respective departments for the academic year 2025- 26. 3. In view of issuing office order dated 11.06.2026 by the respondent-University, these writ petitions have rendered infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition are disposed of as having rendered infructuous. 5. In view of disposal of the petitions, pending IA(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
