Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will rectify defaults, as pointed out by the Registry, during the course of the day. 3. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby directed that default be rectified during the course of the day and subject to rectifying of the default, the present MCC is allowed and WPC No. 3 4467/2020 is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
