The petitioner herein prays for bail apprehending arrest in connection with Dinhata Women Police Station Case Number 154 of 2025 dated 20.12.2025 under Section 329(4)/64/ (1)/77/351(3) of the BNS and corresponding to GR Case No. 645/2025 pending before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dinhata. 3. On hearing the learned counsels for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor who has placed the case 2 diary, it appears that between the parties in the present case there is a relationship and the de facto complainant is a married woman. Though the de facto complainant has alleged that the petitioner has taken some intimate pictures of the complainant and has circulated the same, there is no such material in the case diary, in spite of the fact that the case has been initiated on 20.12.2025. 4. Considering the fact that the de facto complainant is aged about 25 years and the petitioner is about 28 years and the facts as noted above, the petitioner herein is granted anticipatory bail. 5. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 5,000/- with two sureties of Rs.2,500/- each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses. The petitioners shall meet the I. O. as and when required till submission of report in final form. 6. CRM (A) 305 of 2026 is, thus, disposed of. 7.
