Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that so far as the other accused persons are concerned, they have been granted regular bail and he next submits that the altercation took place when the police officials misbehaved with the petitioner and on these grounds, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move before the learned court concerned by way of filing appropriate petition. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondent State has got no objection for same. 4. This petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
