In view of above, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (CBI Court), Shimla, H.P. to proceed in the matter, however final award shall not be passed till the final outcome of the case pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
