2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 126(2)/127(2)/115(2)/118(1)/117(2)/118(2)/109/333/74/352/351(3)/ 3(5) of B.N.S.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the FIR itself it is found that vague, general and omnibus allegations have been levelled against the accused persons. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and charge-sheet has already been submitted. He further submits that co-accused namely Sahil Kumar Dev @ Sahil Dev and Ravi Singh @ Ravi have been enlarged on bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.02.2026 in B.A. No. 10736 of 2025. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.10.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition imposed by this court.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the period of custody coupled with the fact that co-accused having same and similar allegation have been granted bail by this Court; I am inclined to

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Nutan Ekka, learned J.M. 1st Class, Dhanbad, in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2025
6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and if any adverse report will come against the petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
