Petitioner, Sanjeev Dhiman, has invoked the contempt jurisdiction of this Court, alleging non-compliance of the judgment dated 02.01.2024 [Annexure C-1], whereby, Respondents/Competent Authority were directed to decide the representation [Annexure P-11 (colly)] collectively and upon consideration, the Respondents were directed to extend the benefit of deemed regular appointment to the petitioner as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) from the date of initial

contractual appointment and then to grant consequential benefits notionally with further directions to give eligible monetary benefits, admissible to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Upon issuance of notice, on 12.03.2026, Respondents were directed to file Compliance Affidavit. The matter was listed on 18.06.2026, the State Authorities filed Instructions dated 16.06.2026, [Taken on record] stating that deemed appointment as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) on regular basis stands granted to the petitioner with effect from
24.11.2008. Gratuity was revised on 26.07.2024 and in terms of Government Instructions dated 10.06.2024, 20% of Revised Gratuity, which was payable stands released and balance amount of Revised Gratuity shall be released subject to the receipt of further Instructions/Clarifications from the Government, and the pay of petitioner has been re-fixed with effect from 24.11.2008; and even the benefit of leave encashment and New Pension Scheme have also been released to the petitioner; and the case for granting revised pension has been sent to Senior Deputy Accountant General

In these circumstances, this Court disposes of the instant petition, with direction to the Respondents-State Authorities to release the eligible monetary benefits admissible to the petitioner, within six weeks from today, failing which, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy by seeking revival of present proceedings or by way of execution.

In aforesaid terms, the instant proceedings are closed and notice(s) is discharged.
