Main case Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to develop the site i.e. Sector 13-17, HUDA, Panipat and to provide all the basic amenities and give 18% interest on the amount already deposited with the respondents in the year 2009 whereas the site has not been developed upto 2018 when the possessions has been delivered and further to take action o the legal notice dated 06.08.2018 (Annexure P-4) and reminder dated 12.06.2020.
