The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hanwara P.S. Case No.23 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 117(1), 109, 352 and 351(3) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are the female members of the family and entire family members have been made accused. He submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the family members and the altercation took place due to the land dispute and there are case and counter case for the alleged occurrence. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault and the injury has been received by the informant and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. On perusal of the FIR, it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and the petitioners are 2026:JHHC:24202 said to be the female members of the family and there are case and counter case and the altercation took place due to the land dispute and it is not clear pursuant to whose assault, the informant has received the injury, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda, in connection with Hanwara P.S.
