Following operative directions were issued in the interim order passed in this writ petition on 06.08.2026:-
“Having perused Annexure P-2 and Annexure P-6, as prima facie, this Court concurs with the
submissions made by learned Counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, in the interim, the operation of impugned transfer
order Annexure P-6 dated 03.08.2026 is hereby stayed. Respondents are
directed to allow the petitioner to serve at Veterinary

- 2 - Hospital, Kalbog, District Shimla, de hors he stands relieved or not. As far as the private respondent is concerned, the respondents to ensure that he does not serves at Veterinary Hospital, Kalbog. He may be either directed to serve at the station to which he was transferred in terms of order dated 31.07.2026 or he may be adjusted at some other station. It is clarified that this order shall not come in the way of the private respondent in getting himself adjusted at some other suitable station.”

Pursuant to above, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 16.09.2026 from Director, Animal Husbandry, Himachal Pradesh alongwith office order dated 20.08.2026, whereunder petitioner's transfer to Veterinary Hospital, Tharoch, District Shimla has been cancelled.
Learned counsel for respondent No. 4 referred to office order dated 21.08.2026 passed by respondent No. 2, adjusting him at Veterinary Hospital, Ghanahatti, District Shimla.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No. 4 submit that the petitioner and respondent No. 4 have been placed/adjusted at the place of their choice, therefore. cause of action does not survive for them.

disposed of.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
