Learned counsel for the respondent submits that though the order of the Tehsildar was in favour of the applicant–Siyakali Bai vide order dated 07/09/1996, directing grant of possession of the land in question bearing Khasra No. 652/10.55 decimil, situated at Village Jamul, District Durg, the respondent has no objection if a fresh demarcation of the said land is conducted by the Tehsildar, Durg, and a fresh order is thereafter passed in accordance with law. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has no objection to the aforesaid proposal; however, he prays that if demarcation is undertaken, the same may be carried out in the presence of both the parties and that a specific time frame be fixed for completion of the exercise. 3. Considering the submissions made and by consent of learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the Tehsildar, Durg shall carry out a fresh demarcation of the land bearing Khasra No. 652/10.55 decimil, situated at Village Jamul, District Durg, in accordance with law, in the presence of both the parties, after issuing due notice to them, and complete the exercise within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt/production of a certified copy of this order. 4. The parties are further directed to apprise and ensure compliance of this 3 order before the competent authority within a period of 25 days. 5.
