Kavita Dugar as the respondent in Criminal Revision Petition No. 35/2025. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Eho Menjo who submits that the petitioner has filed criminal revision petition No. 35/2025 before this Court challenging the impugned order dated 08.08.2025 passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Yupia. 3. It is stated that during the course of hearing, this Court vide order dated 28.10.2025 had made an observation that the complainant/informant should be made as a necessary party in the criminal revision petition 35/2025 and hence, the present application has been filed. It is stated that the failure to implead the complainant/informant is an inadvertent mistake and was due to oversight therefore, it is prayed that the complainant may be allowed to be impleaded as Page No.# 3/3 respondent No. 2 in the criminal revision petition 35/2025. 4. Upon considering the prayer of the petitioner, the same is allowed and the petitioner is allowed to file an amended cause title reflecting the name of the complainant as respondent No. 2 in Criminal Revision Petition No. 35/2025 and thereafter, take steps for notice on the respondent No. 2 by Inland Speed Post Documents as well as usual process within 3 (three) working days.
