Notice. Mr. Rajat Chaudhary, learned Assistant Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioner seeks permanent absorption of her services on the basis of guidelines of the respondents dated 26.04.2017 (Annexure P-10). Her grievance is that the representation preferred by her in that regard has not been decided till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case she is permitted to file comprehensive representation to respondent No.2/ Competent Authority for redressal of her grievances and respondent No.2/Competent Authority is
directed to decide the same within a time bound schedule. Learned Assistant Advocate General has no objection to this prayer.

Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed by permitting the petitioner to file comprehensive representation within two weeks, which shall be decided by respondent No.2 /Competent Authority within six weeks from the date of receipt of the same, in accordance with law. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioners.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
