The instant application has been filed on behalf of the applicants/respondents No. 1(a) to 1(f) for release of 50% enhanced amount of compensation, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, stating therein that the applicants require money for development and repair of their respective houses.
In view of the averments, as made in the application, which is duly supported by affidavits of the applicants, the instant application is allowed and 50% of the award amount along with upto date interest, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, is ordered to be released in their favour, by remitting the same to their bank accounts as per their respective shares, details whereof have been given in para 5 of the application, with a direction to the applicants to file affidavit(s) before the Registrar (Judicial) to the effect that in case, the decision in the instant case goes against them, in that event, they shall deposit the amount, which is being released to them by virtue of this order, along with upto date interest, in
favour of the non-applicant/appellant, without any protest. Application stands disposed of.
