This Contempt case has been filed by the petitioner against non-compliance of order dated 15.01.2026 passed in W.P.(S) No.139 of 2026. 3. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the opposite parties have not passed any order as directed by this Court. 4. I have gone through the show cause affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party No.2. 5. Paragraph-12 of the said show cause, reveals that various dues amount under various heads have been paid to the petitioner, which is evident from Annexures-F, G and H. 6. The claim of the petitioner for grant of benefit of 3rd M.A.C.P. has been rejected, which is evident from paragraph-13 of the said show cause (Annexure-I). 2026:JHHC:24662 2 7. So far as pension and gratuity are concerned, it has been submitted by learned counsel representing the opposite party – State, that the petitioner has got three wives but detail of only third wife has been furnished by him in the pension application. 8. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am of the opinion that no contempt is made out, as there is no willful and deliberate violation of the aforesaid order passed by the Writ Court. 9.
