The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chakulia P.S. Case No.40 of 2024, registered for the offence under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatshila. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and the petitioner has not taken the girl along with him and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that another girl Jusna Hansda was also accompanying Sohagi Murmu and she has stated that this petitioner has taken Sohagi Murmu along with him and thereafter, the said Sohagi Murmu has not returned. He submits that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. It has been alleged in the FIR that Sohagi Murmu went to the market with Jusna Hansda and while they were returning from the market, this petitioner has taken Sohagi Murmu along with him and thereafter, Sohagi Murmu has not returned to the house. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, is hereby, rejected.
