This Court, by order dated 02/05/2025, in the case of Sameer @ Pappu Narendra Mendhe -Vrs.- State of Maharashtra and Another, in Criminal Writ Petition No.183/2025, has allowed the said writ petition, in which the impugned order under challenge before this Court, was the subject matter. 2. Hence, by adopting the same reasons recorded therein, I am inclined to allow the present writ petition. Hence, the following order:- O R D E R (i) The Criminal Writ Petition is allowed and disposed of; (ii) The impugned order of externment dated 28/11/2024 passed by Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-I, Nagpur, and order dated 01/01/2026, passed 2026:BHC-NAG:3947 2 22-Cr.WP-64-2026 by Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur, are hereby quashed and set aside.
