By this petition, petitioners are seeking direction upon respondent- Tehsildar, not to interfere with or to disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioners over their land situated at Village Malshahi Bagh, Tehsil and District, Ganderbal, except in accordance with law. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioners’ states that the respondent- Tehsildar, without any authority is interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioners’ land, wherein they are residing since decades. Learned counsel further states that the petitioners have filed a representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal, seeking protection of their property rights, however, the same has not been considered till date.
