The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per F.I.R., on 17.09.2022 at 07:15 P.M, the informant was returning from the office of S.D.M. Triveniganj to his home and when he reached near Phulparas Powergrid, three unknown persons looted his motorcycle, mobile phone and cash of Rs. 7000/-. Name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused.
