Petitioner through the present writ petition seeks for a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner for placing her services as contingency paid employee. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is working with the respondent since 2016. The petitioner meanwhile had moved an application before the respondents for considering her claim for placing her as contingency paid employee taking into consideration the past services of the petitioner rendered with the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has already made detailed representation before the authorities concerned which is pending consideration and till date has not been decided by the respondents authorities. Therefore, direction may be issued to respondent No. 3 to take appropriate decision on the claim of petitioner for being placed as contingency paid employee. 4. Learned counsel for State submits that she is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. 3 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to respondent no. 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to take decision in accordance with the rules governing the field. 6. It is expected that respondent no. 3 shall take a decision on the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 90 days from today. 7. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit fresh comprehensive representation before respondent no. 3 if she so desires and if such a representation is submitted, respondent no. 3 shall consider and decide the fresh representation along with pending representation, if any. 8.
