Petitioner is serving as Forest Guard in Forest Beat Haripurdhar, Forest Range Sangrah, Division Renuka Ji, District Sirmour. His case is that even after serving for more than ten years in the aforesaid hard/remote area, the respondents have not transferred him. Yes. 2 dated 02.08.2026 (Annexure P-2) preferred in this regard is stated to be still pending with the respondents. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2026 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law and keeping in view the applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
