The applicants have assailed the impugned order issuing notice dated 28.08.2025 and the consequential summons dated 04.09.2025 passed in Criminal Case No. 18 of 2025, pending before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Champawat. 3. Upon perusal of the order-sheet annexed with the present criminal miscellaneous application, this Court is of the considered view that the applicants have merely been issued notice to file objections under Section 225 of the B.N.S.S., and the learned Magistrate has not yet taken cognizance of the complaint instituted by the respondent. 4. At this preliminary stage, it is open to the applicants to raise all permissible pleas and grievances by way of objections before the Court concerned. This Court does not find it appropriate to invoke its jurisdiction to interfere at this interlocutory stage. 5. However, it is clarified that the applicant shall be at liberty to assail the proceedings, including the order taking cognizance, as and when cause of action arises in accordance with law. 6. With the aforesaid observations, the present criminal miscellaneous application stands disposed of.
